Exchange "OnTimer" Event Sink Bug

Glen Scales from "OUtlook Exchange" identified a problem with registering OnTimer events in his article "Exoledb Script Host Event Sink Debugging and Troubleshooting". I found that if you don't give the timer object a ".eml" extension, the OnTimer event fires just fine - you don't have to go through the process that Glen describes under the "OnTimer Event Sinks" section of the article.
